We all either have personally experienced a health concern or have a loved one who has. We pursued careers in healthcare because we want to help others, and we choose to work at Insight Imaging because this passion drives the company. In all that we do – whether we work at an imaging center, in the field, or at corporate headquarters – our concern for the patient guides our decisions.

Doing the right thing is harder than it sounds. It may not be profitable. It may not be popular. But without our integrity, we have nothing. At Insight Imaging, ethics take priority over expediency – always.
ENCOURAGE INNOVATION
What does it mean to innovate? It means to question everything we say and do – even our “best practices.” We take nothing for granted, because there is an opportunity to do better in every aspect of our business. In questioning, we encourage debate; the exchange of ideas is critical to problem solving. Remember, evolution is the key to survival. No concept, product or service is set in stone at our company.
DELIVER ON COMMITMENTS
If we are to earn respect – as individuals and as a company – we must make good on our commitments. Sound like a no-brainer? This means thinking carefully before making those promises. Be up front and realistic when giving patients, customers or co-workers your answer. They will appreciate your honesty and know that we as a company are trustworthy.
ENJOY WHAT WE DO
Since we invest so much of our lives in our jobs, shouldn’t we enjoy what we do? Shouldn’t we look forward to our daily lives with our colleagues? Indeed, our work should inspire, motivate and energize. Our days should be filled with opportunities to connect with others and pursue a shared vision. That’s what “enjoying what we do” is all about. Sure, some days are a struggle. But overall, when we enjoy what we do, we thrive in our daily activities and rise above the challenges of life.
